Legislative Advocacy

PSG Tax Credits Group is a founding member of the California Employment Opportunity Network (CEON), a coalition of California and national firms that provide enterprise zone consulting services to companies with operations in a zone. The objective of CEON is to preserve and protect the California Enterprise Zone Program through educating legislators, organizing strategic coalitions, and participating in both the regulatory and legislative process.

PSG principal David Tierney has served three terms as CEON's president, while Joseph Abdallah currently serves as treasurer of the organization.David works directly with CEON’s lobbying firms, Sacramento Advocates and Gilson Government Strategies, and is engaged in the legislative process on the organization’s behalf.
