Tax Refund Studies
Tax refund studies identify potential income tax and sales and use tax overpayments that a business may have incurred. We bring former FTB and BOE tax auditors to examine a business's reporting process and identify any areas in which overpayment has occurred. Once a refund is identified, we document the claim and submit it to the corresponding state agency to secure a refund. We handle all of the correspondence with the state agency while minimizing the business's involvement. This allows operators to conduct daily business with minimal interruption.
